Negative: A bit of construction noise from neighbors. But nothing too loud. Wasn’t a problem overall. And they are finishing it.

Positive: Property is very clean and child friendly. They even provide the cutleries for kids. The pool also my daughter’s favorite. The area is also easy to find restaurants and cafes.
