Positive: We really didn't know the exact time we would be arriving but our divers communicated with people on property and everything worked out. Beautiful property! Negative: I think the television need some black out curtain or blinds for down stairs. We were trying to watch a UFC fight but the lighting to not good. Screen and sound system excellent.
